ESC Pre-sales projects requirements

There are two levels of input data of project requirements by ESC to perform a pre-sales project. There levels are defined as follow,

1) Minimum Information:

In this case the Requester shall provide the following:

a. "20170928_ESC_Checklist" from filled out. This form can be located in ...\Engineering\ESC\ESC Support checklist. Also a copy of the checklist is also attached in this post in case that the network folder cannot be reached.

b. Clearly indicate the "Support Phase" and the "Type of Support" in the ticket Description.

d. Clearly state what type of analysis is required (Maximum yield, self-consumption, both, other).

e. For the CAD Design option, the Requester shall clearly indicated which engineering products are required (general arrangements, PVSyst, calculations, single-line diagrams). The use of the proper tags is mandatory.

f. Provide all the information related to project location.

g. Provide all the information related to power consumptions, power meters reports, etc., if a self-consumption scenario is required.

h. List any specific Client requirement that might differ from ESC standards or indicate if the design can be performed considering ESC standards only.

i. Civil drawings of the target location, buildings section views, etc.

j. Single-one diagrams of the actual Customer's electrical system, if a more in-depth design is required.

k. Pictures of the plant if available.

2. Detailed Information:

In this case the Requester shall follow the requirements listed in the document "Checklist presales" from the app "\\192.168.10.3\international\Engineering\ESC\BPM\Ikaros\default.html". A copy of the Original document can be found attached to this post.

a. Pictures Checklist:

1. Every Rooftop Section or Parcel Part (in 4 Wind Directions with Indication of the Picture and Direction on a Plan)*
2. Shadow Casting Obstacles (with Reference Height)*
3. Suggested Inverter Location*
4. Grid Disconnection Board*
5. MV Cabinet Including Transformer when Present (Provide Sufficient Photographs Including Labels)*
6. Grid Connection for PV*
7. Building Environment (to Install Cranes, Bureau and Waste Containers)*
8. Cable Routing from Inverters to Grid Disconnection Board and Feed Point*

b. Customer's Documents Checklist:

1. Plans in pdf or dwg (Rooftop, Floor Plan, Sections)*
2. Stability Study (only for Rooftop when Available)
3. Report Soil Survey (only for Ground when Available)
4. Single Wire Scheme General LV Cabinet*
5. Single Wire Scheme MV Cabinet*
6. Town Planning Destination Certificate (when Applicable)*
7. Study Grid Connection PV (when Available)*
8. Existing Test Reports Electrical Installation (when Available)*
9. Copy of last Electricity Bill

These requirements (either the Minimum or the Detailed) are mandatory. The ticket won't be processed if the Requester does not provide all the applicable documentation.
